Throughout his career, he has gathered experience as a business analyst specialized in Business Valuations, Asset Management, also in the field of investments as an Investment Fund Manager (asset securitization), and in structuring private equity. Carlos is certified as Investment Fund Manager by The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission, or The CVM – Comissão de Valores Mobiliários. A professional with the ANBIMA CPA 20 certification by the Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association. Holds a post-grad in Finance at IBMEC-SP (currently INSPER) and a Foreign Trade specialization certificate from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP). He is a businessman in the Civil Construction and Real Estate Market in the northern region of Brazil.

Rodrigo is a Controller with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Controllership at FAE Business School. Rodrigo has years of experience as a consultant for large companies and specializes in Business Plans, Financial Management, Training, and Corporate Lectures on business management. In recent years, Rodrigo has successfully taken on important projects strategically focused on business development in Brazil and in the Mercosur region.

Willian Gonçalves | 

Bachelor’s degree in Economic Sciences and many years of experience in the financial market while at the São Paulo Stock Exchange. Rodrigo was certified at The BM&F Bovespa and Ancord while working in the financial and investments consultancy areas. Willian has also performed as a commercial portfolio manager for América Latina Logística S.A., and in credit management with Banco Itaú S.A. In the last few years, Willian has developed various activities in the areas of Consultancy, M&A, Strategic Planning, Consulting and Team Development with a special focus on results-driven sales forces. Rodrigo specializes in Business Management and holds an MBA in Business Consultancy. He also currently works as a professor of subjects such as Business Strategy, Economy, and Financial Market for graduate and post-graduate courses at Faculdades Bagozzi, FARESC, and FACET.
